Using the enneagram at POCA Tech probably needs a whole post by itself :) As an organization we continue to find it super helpful as a lens for seeing how we work together. In terms of teaching it to students, I feel like it represents a whole set of boundary issues because 1) it's therapy-adjacent and 2) not everybody resonates with it. As you know some of us are major enneagram nerds but we don't want to make anybody feel like they have to use that system more than they want to. (Kind of like the On Woo post) Definitely a work in progress. And I'll ask the Queen of Boundaries if they feel like sharing their enneatype :)
