Community Acupuncture Conference in the UK
shout out to our friends across the pond
The UK’s Association of Community and Multibed Acupuncture Clinics — ACMAC, POCA’s British cousin — is putting on a conference November 30 through December 1, and I’m presenting (online).
I’ve had a lot of fun hanging out with ACMAC folks in the past; the discussions are always great. So this time I’m doing an all Q & A presentation on December 1st. Ask me (almost) anything! It’s scheduled for 3:15 to 4:15 pm in Oxford, which means it will be 7:15 am to 8:15 am in PDX.
I believe community acupuncture is an intuitive concept and practicing it is a combination of learning some specific skills plus getting a bunch of misconceptions out of the way — so I expect that’s what I’ll be talking about.
